One of my favourite restaurants in Den Haag is Pastis. Pastis is a french bistro with delicious classic french food. My favourite entree is Coquilles St. Jacques flambeé au Pastis.

Stewed pears

Today I made stewed pears. I love the color they get after cooking for two hours in water with sugar en lemon zest (photo on top). The pears taste great with curd as a dessert.
